- Confirm the correct workspace is selected.

Yes. Share links can be restricted to specific emails or domains and can include expirations or max views.
How often is data refreshed?
Analytics refresh intervals depend on ingestion schedules and configured providers. Most dashboards update within minutes after ingestion completes.
How do I invite team members?
Go to Settings > Workspace and invite members with a role (owner, editor, viewer).
Can I resend or cancel invitations?
Yes. In Settings > Workspace, use the Resend or Cancel actions beside pending invitations.
How do I reset my password?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen. Reset links are single-use and expire after a short window. If email delivery is disabled, an admin can reset credentials manually.

Open Listening from the main navigation to create, edit, enable, and manually run profiles. Run history is available on the profile detail.
